    Hi,
I had to drop out of my college last year (at the beginning of my second year) because my depression took a huge toll on me and I wasn't able to come in or complete work. I've been working a lot on my well being, and I feel a lot better. Hell, I even drove myself to the welcome day, AND found every lesson, talked with people, and enjoyed myself (I did eat my lunch in the car alone, but hey not everything can be a win). But, I am nervous to actually start the year in case it rears its ugly head again and I become unable to do anything. I'm 19 this year, so it's the last year I can get education for free. Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do to keep myself calm? I'm not very big on therapy, I get too nervous to go to sessions and talk.

Have you talked to the college? They should have support in place for people in your situation.
