    I have just failed my btec second year i passed my first with Distinctions but during second year i was quiet depressed and had insomnia which badly affected my work plus our teacher was useless rarely helped anyone and now i have just failed so is it possible for me to just do second year of BTEC or do i have to start all over from year 1.

    It really depends on your college, I imagine the college you're at now might not let you redo but if you were to apply to do just the extended diploma at a different college you should be able to. I mean I was looking at doing my last year at a different college it really just depends on the college you apply to and the units you've already done as depending on where you go you may have to redo some units.
