I'm currently 18 and weigh a heavy 100kg with a high percent of body fat
I used to weigh this much 3 years ago however I managed to reduce it to 80 kg
By going to the gym daily sticking to a diet.However in the past 2 years I have put this back on as I simply let myself go in sixth form.I honestly felt a lot more confident with this weight off as I felt better and looked better,so it made me more positive.
Therefore I'm going to start this blog to write down my ;

My food diary for the day
I'm 6 foot so I'm going to try and consume between 1800-2000 calories a day and look to burn of 300 calories daily at the gym.
Any tips/advice would be grateful
Planning to get to 90kg by the end of September as I'm aiming for 1kg weight loss a week
