    i knows colds arent a big deal but ive got terrible one at the mo and was wondering if anyone knew anything i can do to make a speedy recovery!
    its no fun staying in at the weekends in fear of sneezing on everyone u meet!plzzzz help

    Yeah, I've had a cold for about a week now, from what I've read online, this stuff helps:

    Suck boiled sweets (sore throat)
    Keep air humid
    Drink plenty (helps with mucus)
    Keep your nasal passages clear (blow your nose )
    Rest and avoid stress (Stay on UK-L)

    thankyou! yeh ive gone through about 10 packs of halls soothers this morning and ive got one of those stupid little sniff things to help me breathe.i mite try putting vapour rub in a bowl of hot water and inhaling for bout 10 mins coz i heard that works. grrr i hate colds!
