    im looking at doing a textile design degree and im not expecting to get very high ucas points so ive applied to hereford college of arts
    i wondered if going to a college for degree makes much of a difference later on with getting a job and whether i should go or it or find a uni?

    I would puts some research into what people with textiles degrees do or rather what the jobs you intend to do, demand in terms of degree. You cna alos do that by looking ay job adverts.
    Also look at the range of course available and how your course ranks alongside it.

    Its really importnat you get on a course that has the potential to get you where you wnat to go, before commiting yourself to borrow the money.
    Resits are always a cheap and quick option.
    If you dont have any contacts, then do some networking in the industries you want to enter.
