Is it too late to change my mind?
Hello everyone! I'm writing this because I'm now considering studying in Edinburgh instead of London. I'm currently holding offers from SOAS University for both Firm and Insurance choices, but they are yet to be confirmed.
Is there anyway I can still change my mind? Maybe through Clearance? As I am not a UK citizen, may anyone explain how it works?
