So this guy was expecting the Remain side to win, and he thought that it was only fair that it required 60% votes and a 75% turn out to win - so we couldnt "keep them shackled to the EU".

However, now that Leave won with 52% and a 72% turn out, hes decided that those rules would NOT be fair and hes upset that his petition has been "hijacked".

This confuses me so much, as the Leave side are constantly like "it is a democratic process you can't have another referendum" even though they were constantly talking about hosting another one if they lose. I feel as though they're taking advantage of the result to put themselves higher up than everyone else even though they would have been way dirtier if Remain won.

What? This means nothing. So far they've found that something like 70,000 signatures out of 3.1 million were fraudulent. Which means there are still 3.1 million legitimate signatures.

Nice of the leave voters to try and sabotage it though.
