I have recently been diagnosed with iron deficiency anaemia and given iron tablets. My body is still suffering side effects and I feel extremely nauseous. I have two mock exams today that I am not able to go to. I don't know how this will affect my overall exam results. Could someone please tell me?

Mock exams are just a progress test so your teachers can check how you are doing and to help you prepare for the real exams. Missing them through illness will have no impact on your final results. They may get you to do the papers at a later date.
