    Work experience related to chemistry?
Depends very much on what sort of chemistry you're interested in, where you live and what sort of work experience you're looking for (a visit, a 2 week placement, an internship over the summer, a year in industry).

http://www.rsc.org/careers/future/career-options might be a good place to start and http://jobs.newscientist.com/en-gb/j...gdom/#browsing might help you find possible companies/organisations to approach.

If this is to boost your university application then work experience is entirely unnecessary.
