If anyone is interested..
.. I found P2 a big jump from P1, and I reckon P3 was easier than P2.

Do you do Edexcel?

I did!!! Although I put in serious revision for P3 and my P2 was a resit which I didn't actually revise for so I suppose it makes sense that I prefered P3. :rolleyes:

This is not to say that I found P3 easy though (GOD NO), I'll take any pass I can get on that exam. :biggrin:

i found p3 easier this yr and i do edexcel..... but that was cuz i barely studied p2 since i had p5 on the same day...... but generally p2 is easier than p3......but of course p1 is the easiest....

i have just finished my AS maths and we began P2 bout 4 weeks ago.....is it just me or is P2 incredibly easy compared to P1?? - Our teacher said P2 is relatively easy but P3 is a big step up - would other agree?

Also we had the option of doing S2 or M2....i chose S2 as apparently it is easier....do u concure?

I think that S2 is easier than M1, let alone M2!

On AQA B P1 is about 14, 000 chapters long, with P2 about 3 chapters long (exaggeration...), so in that sense, and considering that I did P2 after having done P1, P2 seemed equally as easy as P1.

Really, the module content of P2 was a bit hader than P1, but P1 was much longer.

The best pure module at a level maths was P1..then P3 and then P2!!!
(I remeber the awful trig on P2..thats why I hated it!)

I actually prefereed P2 to either of the others. There's really nothing too difficult in P2 at all (and the log questions are so easy they're fun). Yeah, the trig's crap, but nothing compared to integrating it in P3

oh yeah log was another thing that I found hard :wink:

(overall, mechanics is better than any of the stats or pure!)
