Make up doesn't really affect the ageing of your face. However, it can worsen the condition of your skin if you use the wrong products or products that are too heavy for young skin (eg. Full coverage foundation).
The only thing to do with make up that can age your face is the the way you apply it. If you pull on your eyes while putting eyeliner on, that can lead to premature wrinkles around your eyes etc.
