Hey everyone can anyone suggest me a powerful breakfast that im going to eat everyday. Reason for this is I eat 3 slices of bread and 1 egg I have found that to be futile because by 11am I'll be fatigue, resulting in me leaving school and going home

you need to get som mixed energy so have some slow release and fast release stuff
fast releases are sugar rich and include fruit(bananas are a lot able one but so are berries), natural sugars such as honey or agave and chocolate (dark chunks are best)
slow releases are nuts(oil rich nuts are best so almonds, brazils and walnut as well as macadamias), all seeds and oats,
