I got the news today that I failed the finals resit. I'm gutted as my course has been recommended for termination. I plan to appeal the decision and hope that I can resit in the future. I'm 23, which is still very young and I can still achieve what I want from life even if medicine is not an option.

If I am unable to resit then will the unclassified BMedSci be of much use to employers? What sort of jobs could I get with that degree?

I'm keen to work with people in the future with a preference to jobs with a healthy work life balance. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Really sorry to hear that. *Good luck with the appeal.
Not sure about the BMedSc. *Would be worth a chat to the careers advisors. *Any chance of asking to do an extra year in something else science-related and converting it to a degree with a classification - again might be worth an ask, if you could stand the thought of another year of study.

Go and talk to your tutor and an advisor in the SU so you know your way fully round the rules and the options they provide. Good luck. perhaps they cna let you transfer credits.
