    I keep getting this it hurts a lot last time it happened i put a pin in it and drained the pus out and scooped it all out but now as my nail has grown it has come back and feels really sore and pressured so yeh
    any ideas?

    Go see a doc or pharmacist. I expect it could be due to your nail stabbing the side of your nail bed and causing an infection (I get it often). It's often refered to as a poison finger. You will probably be alright with this cream they give but you may need antibiotics if it is bad. Solution to prevent it would usually just be growing your nail out a bit longer.
    Once it has happened it can be a bit of a pain to get rid of and keep coming back for a while even once you think it has gone so whatever treatment you get don't stop it early cos you think it's worked, keep going until you run out/ are told you should stop
