    So I was wondering what you call things in the triangles we are taught, such as force, mass, energy, velocity etc. What is the umbrella term for these things?

    No, perhaps I wasn't clear enough. The things INSIDE the triangle. Just like multiplication, addition, and subtraction are all operators; weight, work done, energy, distance, time, acceleration are all what?
