What is the MPharm Course like at University of Hertfordshire? Any current students that could give insight into whether Chemistry in 1st year is a major step up from A2,how is lab? Are lab experiments similar to A level? Is the workload manageable if you plan? How is placements organised? One day visit for a few hours? How is the overall teaching and assessment methods?

So many questions! I'm surprised they failed to address this at your interview/open day. The course is vigorous. Not so much first year, but from then onwards it is intense and busy but very well structured. University in general is a step up from a levels, also as Pharmacy is a topic that would be completely new to you, there is a lot that you would learn in first year. Chemistry in first year is mainly organic chemistry and calculations. *
