Durham V Warwick V CASS

I have just received acceptance from all three universities, with acceptance for Msc International business for Durham and Warwick and Real Estate for CASS.
I am having a hard time deciding between Durham and Warwick, as apparently Warwick is a 'good' business school but to me, Durham seems to be a more prestigious institution.
Any advice?

For parent uni, Durham and Warwick are peers. But for Business Schools and courses: Warwick Business School >>> Durham Business School. If you can afford tuition, go to Warwick
