I'd say definitely work on your spelling first before applying to any graduate jobs.

Has anyone got a job with aldi graduate scheam? If so what are they like to work for, do you definitely get kept on after the program has finished?
They tend to look for go getters for their area manager scheme. The type of person who can put in 12+ hours a day of solid grafting, and isn't afraid to get hands on (i.e. clean the floors or toilets ahaha) or is comfortable with unpredictability and high levels of travelling (from store to store). I've heard a lot of horror stories about how the grad trainees are effectively left on their own to work things out whilst bearing a shed load of pressure to meet targets, but I guess a certain type of individual can strive in that environment.

The ramp up in salary is pretty substantial, £40-ishk starting progressing to £72-ishk after 4-5 years. But, due to long hours and high pressure most people don't make it.
