I have been placed on the reserve list for the MSc Political Theory at the LSE. They said they will inform me about a decision by the 12th of August.
In the meanwhile I have received an 'alternative offer recommendation' from MSc European Studies: Ideas and Identities. They have given me 7 days to consider the offer, failing which I assume it will be withdrawn.
1. Will my decision on this offer affect my reserve place for the Msc Political theory?
2. If I accept this offer, will my other place be withdrawn? Will I still hear back from LSE on my offer for MSc Political Theory?
3. Does me even getting this offer mean I am unlikely to be offered a place on my 1st choice program? If I reject this offer, am I letting go of a chance to study at LSE at all?
Anyone here who has done this program?
Thanks so much for your time.
