SFE havent't asked for my parents to provide evidence

I have just reapplied for student finance for my 3rd year, applying for the full maintenance loan, the higher maintenance loan and the maintenance grant. However they have not asked my parents to provide information like they normally do?Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Did you apply for income based? And are you now 25?

I assumed it would be income based because that's what it has been before, I don't remember seeing anything to select for it to be income based? and no I'm 20

You may not have requested the maximum funding. Please send the include household income form and ask you parents to complete the PFF2 form:
