So I went to an open day at Birmingham City University in the 11th June and filled out an RPA form (which I was told in an email on the 13th would be passed on to the admissions officer and that they would 'be in touch') so I believe I have a place, but I haven't heard back yet. I'm honestly pretty confused about the whole thing because the open day was so busy/rushed. Has anyone applied via the RPA form and can help me out with what might be going on? Is it weird that I haven't heard back yet? My UCAS hasn't updated either, still takes me back to my unfinished application from earlier in the year. Help!

If you never submitted your UCAS form, there is no way it can be 'updated' - it's not in the system! The RPA route is managed by the university, so you will have to contact their admissions department and find out what's happening. If the uni asked you to complete the RPA form it suggests you have a place, but you need to get something in writing from them.
