I'm applying as a EEA student, they are asking for evidence

I'm applying as an EEA student and they have asked for my work evidence, e.g. payslips from 2011 (the year I came to the UK). But now I read online that it doesn't have to be you working to get the extra fees, it can be anyone in your family member. Is that true?

You may be able to apply as child of a migrant worker. We would need evidence of the migrant workers income and identity.
