    Hi!

I wondered how you feel you are getting on? I have worked as a HCA before and I am starting a new position in the NHS soon.

What are your shift patterns and what wards are you working on?

    Thanks!!

Thanks! Are you enjoying it? I will be doing 12.5 hour shifts! Nervous about this :P 8 hour shifts on a dialysis unit are tough enough I just hope I don't get too worn out and get decent breaks sure I will get used to it and I'm happy to get more days off then at present!
