People Per Hour is a good place to start, you can find work and bid on it or offer your services. I have my own blog and have people and companies approach me to write for them so maybe look at that too?

Thank you, how long have you had a blog for and is it your own domain or on tumblr etc.? I started a blog but found out that it was extremely difficult to earn any money from it and what money you do earn is very little.

I've had it just over a year now and it is self-hosted (auto posts to Tumblr too). It does take a lot of time to build up, a lot of engagement with people but if you enjoy writing then that should come easily. I get a fair bit of work for other blogs too, writing content for them which at the moment is bringing me the most money in.

If blog writing it tends to be affiliates that bring in the money over things like Adsense, worth a look in to at least - gives you a referral point for people looking to hire you. If it's allowed, I've written a post about starting a blog which covers the basics

There are different places where you can write and make money. Marketplaces like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr. The main problem is competition is too high. It is really difficult to get the first job. There are few other sites offering similar type of writing job. http://www.lettemwrite.com/ is one of those sites. You may give it a try.

I am on People Per Hour but don't seem to find a lot on there.. I had a blog with Domain and Adsense but didn't really seem to make much money on it.. probably some things needed working on.
