One tick on whatsapp?
Hi!
I've been seeing this guy on and off for the past 3 months. I sent him a message on whatsapp earlier but it only has one tick beside it. I know this means that the message hasn't been delivered to his phone yet and that he could have no signal etc but he's been active on snapchat so I don't get why the message hasn't been delivered? He obviously has signal if he can be on other apps. I can still see his profile picture and his 'last active' so I don't think he's blocked me, does anyone know why the message still only has one tick?
