During exam season I didn't really pay attention to anything barre my exams so I didn't realize that most uni's were starting to book for their open days and consequently I have missed the majority of summer open days.
I have now put my name down for sept/oct open days but, not really knowing much about the UCAS system , I am worried that these will be too late. Can anybody help me out as to whether I will still have time to look at the uni's before I need to submit my UCAS form

That will be fine. I actually didn't visit any of the unis I applied to before applying and neither did my brother. The world didn't end for either of us.

I think I was an anomaly among my friends haha. I only just visited my insurance choice last week actually! Luckily, I really liked it.

Sept/Oct is absolutely fine. Although note that medical courses and Oxbridge have a 15th Oct deadline for UCAS.

If you are appling for Oxbridge, or for medicine, dentistry or veterinary courses, then you must do so by October 15th. For equal consideration for other courses, the key date is January 17th, 2017. See https://www.ucas.com/ucas/undergradu...key-dates/2016
