I've got the choice of a group of 10/12 or a 5 for uni halls and I think there's potential to be closer to the others in a 5 but with a bigger group there's more chance of getting along with people. But I could be wrong! So what does everybody think: bigger or smaller flats?

The bigger flat may be more likely for you to like someone, but it is also more likely that you will get some douche living with you.
Personally I think smaller flats are better. Then you have a small group of people who tend to stick together. When there's more people, it ends up splitting into groups and you're either close with a few or just acquaintances with all.

smaller flat for sure
bigger is more people to get on with but also more cliques, more people to hate etc and also more people to be loud, dirty, steal your stuff etc
