how could you?!!? this is a disaster. your world will come crashing DOWN on you.
It's fruit and vegetables. So maybe try them instead.

But frankly it'd take a pretty saturnian streak in a person's character not to appreciate strawberries for example.
You must be eating **** for so long that you have reeducated your body into thinking good for is bad.
When making spaghetti bolognise add mushrooms and peppers.
Tomatoes are fruit.

yea but heating them would reduce its 'goodness' or so Ive heard. Good idea though, you have actually made me hungry.

I don't know whether I eat healthy but basically my diet is like

breakfast - weetabix/choc shreddies/ready break
crisps

dinner - mushroom/ministrone soup maybe with bread

tea - jacket potato with beans/ curry/ potatoes and peas
usually followed by chocolate or tea and biscuits.

What do you think? I don't have too much variety lol

i dont like bananas, i dont understand why they give them out to you in exams when the next 5 minutes you'd be dying for the toilet:s-smilie:

but fruits rocks, better than veggies. don't say you like veggies better:eek:

tip: if you don't like the 'sour' side of some fruits, go for the sweet ones. i don't like apples but 'fuji' and 'pink lady's awesome. as for oranges, i only eat them when the chinese have their new year:biggrin:
Mangos are the greatest things on this planet.
I would try vegetables if I were you then.

I'm absolutely addicted to fruit, maybe you want some of my vibe . But I can't even go near bananas without being violently sick.

veg are better for you then fruit anyway, and you already have peas, minestrone or mushroom soup and potato, which are all veg.

vegetables are higher in fibre, lower in sugar and calories so they're more filling and less 'fattening', whilst still giving you all the nutrients and vitamins of fruit (often more beneficial vitamins, eg iron from spinach etc). Just eat a tonne of veg and you'll be fine.

oh, and in terms of 'heating' veggies, steaming heats them, softens them and still retains their goodness, so buy a steamer

Were supposed to eat 5 a day but what if I don't like it? I have to force myself to eat it really. The only thing I like is cranburry juice and melon. I don't know how people can like apples, bananas and oranges.

Have you tried any of the more exotic fruit available? e.g. papayas, lychees, sharon fruit...

Failing that... smoothies? Or just make up the most of your 5 a day using veg.

I love fruit, not so keen on vegetables but I tolerate them

Maybe get a smoothie maker and make yourself some smoothies? Good way to consume all your fruit...

First thing that came to my mind was Sharon Stone's infamous leg-(un)cross in Basic Instinct.

I win!
there are so many different fruits out there - what about grapes, strawberries, pineapple, berries etc? i hate bananas, but i force myself to eat them a few times a week. and i don't get on with apples, they take too long to eat and make my mouth itch for some reason, so i eat satsumas or oranges.

smoothies are great for gettings a few of your five a day too

and then you can always add a salad or some boiled veg to most evening meals.

So don't eat them. Simple enough, no?
