I know the impact of Britain having voted to leave the EU has had horrible consequences for people of different ethnicities, be they from the EU or not. As such some activists have made a website that logs all incidents of hate crime and calls on bystanders to actually intervene - rather than just leave everyone to defend themselves or get the police involved.

The website www.istreetwatch.co.uk has only been live for under 48hrs and already has 800 sign ups. Even if the site doesn't feel like it'll help you on a personal level, if you or any friends or family have any incidents that you'd like logged and recorded - even if in an unofficial sense, then please report any incident. The idea is to get less British people to ignore the subject or just stand on watching whilst migrants are abused.

Hope it is of some help

[I've also posted this in another section, if posting it in two is against forums rules them my apologies and feel free to delete/merge/lock as you see fit]
