    Hi all,

I'm an international student, and I am currently looking for a Ph.D. study opportunity in the UK. For now, I have received an unconditional offer from the department of social sciences, Loughborough university. Actually, I don't know much about this university. It is ranked very high in the Guardian league table, and I feel so happy about that. However, no offense, I heard some online talk said it is obviously overrated. I studied at the university of Leeds before, it was really a beautiful memory for me. The league table shows, most in student's satisfactory part, loughborough uni is better than Leeds uni.

Does anyone could give me some information about this? Thank you guys.

I am not a PhD student, but I enjoyed my time at Loughborough. If you would like to know more about the PhD experience, I can attempt to contact a few with any specific questions you may have? If you are more interested in what University life is like there as a whole, then feel free to ask anything and I'll try to answer to the best of my ability.

Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
