After talking to some friends at school, the general consensus was no, but that's 'cos most my friends can't grow beards . But I was wondering how many people would actually prefer a guy who shaves or not? Does it affect a relationship? Or even more broadly what do you think to any other hair e.g. chest, arms, legs etc.? Would girls refer a guy who shaves or not?

Can't talk about how it affects relationships, but I shave. I shave because having a retarded uneven pedoesk mustachio looks disgusting.

To me I believe one should take care of his body, which does include shaving. Now, there is nothing wrong with having a beard which is actually being looked after and tidy. However, I am personally someone who shaves mostly every day.

Guys tend to look better with a beard (although not a patchy one). Body hair won't really affect a relationship unless you're covered, so again its personal preference.
