So I'm trying to piece together my future by deciding which universities I should apply to and for which course. I've considered subject ranking, location and student life and accommodation specifically for my choices. I haven't applied yet as I just want to take my time and think it through. So some of the subjects/courses I'm interested in for undergraduate study are: Political Science, Modern Languages (French and German), and English Language & Literature. Some of the universities I have on my list for these type of courses are: Edinburgh, Kent, Warwick, Bristol, Durham, Manchester and St. Andrews. I know my university choices have exceeded the UCAS limit (which is 5) but personally for these subjects which university would you pick. You can just give me one answer and a detailed explanation or just pick 5 to which I could apply to I'm open to as many opinions as possible to help me make this very important choice that will obviously affect my future. Please if you do, also consider which university could get me a job (high job-acceptance rate)

    Thank you x

First of all you need to narrow down what subject you want to apply for. Writing a PS for more than 2 subjects would be a mess.

As Airmed says, you won't stand much of a chance if you try to apply for different courses at each one of them. Decide what you really want and make a properly targeted application. All of the places you name are absolutely fine and there's not much difference between them. Do some research by going there, looking at the difference between courses and don't get hung up on which one will 'get you a job.' Universities don't get you a job - you get yourself a job. None of those places will hinder you if you are a decent candidate for the job, and none of them will help you if you aren't.

There certainly are degrees out there which enable you to study political science, French and German, but finding a degree which incorporates 4 subjects is pretty much impossible. Sometimes degrees can have slightly unusual names which at first glance may not appear to match your interests (for example: European Social and Political Studies, European Studies, Language and Culture, Liberal Arts or Flexible Combined Honours), but they are none the less good options for anyone who wants to combine multiple languages with politics or literary studies.
