I'm an MA student looking into people in their twenties who are going through a quarter-life crisis and would love a few expert opinions from some psychologists who could offer some intelligent insight into a few ideas I'm looking into:
- are young people facing a mental health crisis? what's causing it - is it debt/ housing and living costs/ pressures to get a great job/relationship issues etc.
- is a 'quarter-life crisis' a valid phenomenon or is it just another label that distracts away from more serious issues like mental health?
