    Hi there,*

I was hoping that somebody would be able to give me a bit of advice.

I spent the last year studying for an MA in London. I funded my studies independently and held down three part-time jobs in order to do this. Just two weeks ago, I began the Teach First Leadership Development Programme. The initial training is completed within the Summer Institute- six intense weeks, however we have the entirety of August off.*

In order to complete the Summer Institute, I had to resign from my jobs. As such, I lost all my income. Although Teach First provide a 650 pound stipend to support individuals throughout the Summer Institute it is hardly enough to survive on through the entirety of August and into late September when I'll receive my first wage.

As such, it makes sense to look for temporary/part time work that I can do through the duration of August *so that I go into September nominally financially solvent. I was wondering if anyone could point me to employers who would take me on for one month of casual/temporary work before I begin teaching in September?

    Best,

    Lyman*
