I'm a new grad vet and am looking for spay/neuter projects abroad to gain more surgical experience over the summer. I've found one called Global Vet Intern based in Jaipur, India which claims to have been running surgical placements for new graduates and clinical students since 2010. However, I can't find any reviews or information from anyone apart from GVI... So I was wondering if anyone on TSR had been there for EMS or knows anything about it? Don't really want to sign up to something without hearing from someone who has done it!
Or, alternatively, does anyone have any recommendations for a spay/neuter clinic abroad (preferably South East Asia or Europe) where they got a lot of hands-on experience? I have been to one in Thailand before but there were so many volunteers at once that I didn't get to do many surgeries at all...
Thanks in advance!

If you're still looking for info, there's this fb group called "Veterinary students searching for work experience - global"
10k members from around the world, if there's anyone that can help you, they'll be in that group
It's also a great group to find other EMS placements

I did the neutering project in South India with WVS. We did around 2 surgeries a day for 10 days and they were very good at teaching and leaving you to it towards the end of the course. Quote me if you have any questions.
