As a result of Brexit which areas of government spending are most likely to be touched? How will Brexit affect government priorities?

Who knows, we will have to wait for the new PM and government to find out.

One thing I think the new government will find is that Parliamentary time and the resources of Ministers, civil servants, lawyers etc will be largely drawn in to dealing with Brexit and the subsequent arrangements, certainly for the next 5 to 7 years maybe for the next 10 or so. So the ability to drive through ambitious domestic reform will be limited.
