Do you believe that is true i know everyone is different but i am referring in general?

Depends on the person, I believe everyone has a moment when they start thinking about life seriously, understand that they is the only person really responsible for themselves and if don't get your **** together nobody will do it for you. Some get this epiphany when they turn 14, other act like kids until their late 20's or more. I think I had mine soon before or after I turned 18.

Wouldn't agree with changing the voting age though. I don't even think voting rights should be given just because you were born in a country and are old enough.

Depends on the person but in general I would say a 16 or 17 year old is still immature and should not be able to vote.
