    I am about to make a step in life to rent my own place but i'm not 100% shore on what to have to pay for and how much it may cost, could someone give me some advise? TY

    You usually have to pay rent for starters. Plus any damage bonds and agency fees. Then there's council tax, gas water electricity bills, Internet, home insurance if you need it, tv licence. That's probably all of it*

    Depends what you are renting.

    Lets say its a studio flat. is it furnished or unfurnished?

    Rent
    Council tax.
    Utilities- gas , electric,
    TV licence if you have a TV and phone line for internet.

    Then obviously just living expenses food etc.
