Ive heard that the cost of living is crazyyyy in London.
1)What is the avg monthly rent for a flat occupied by an undergrad student?
    2) How diff is it from other UK cities like Manchester, Birmingham etc

    Thanks

    Which part of London?
    The city part.

More specifically, lets just assume OP meant Canary Wharf. I would guess the average rent is about £2.30 per minute.

As for his other question, probably just as difficult as other major cities. Loads of congestion, busy streets etc that will do your head in. Sposed to have a reasonable cycle infrastructure tho so getting around via bike maybe easier.

I think it depends on the area and how big/ food the house is. Maybe check some estate agents websites for the area you are interested in?
