Hi there, I have finished IAL which is international version of GCE.

After this August, the A2 results will be released officially prior to a full cert of A level

In October, I am going to apply vet courses via UCAS system, sending work experience form, personal statement, academic results and choosing universities etc.

Here is one thing I heard from someone that those applicants who got AS results have already been interviewed or have got conditional offers. My situation is that I have got all A level results including A2 then applying vet courses via UCAS.Is it disadvantageous for me to compete a place or even an offer compared with those applicants. Will I be in clearing during selection process?

Your post is a bit confusing. There is no disadvantage to applying when you already have your results. You will apply in October and be accepted or rejected, according to how well you supply what the university wants. People who have conditional offers now will be going to university in September 2016. You won't even be applying until October 2016, and not taking up a place, if you are offered one, until September 2017.
