Help with an old dropout student.

Hello i'm 22 this year.

I dropout of Uni after my 1st year and resit 1st year about 2 years ago.

I was wondering if I can still apply for study loan since I've been thinking of giving studying another go to learn something I want to achieve.

You ve got two years of full funding left. You could try and claim one back if you have compelling personal reasons.
What claire saud above, but if you have only 2 years left then you either need a direct transfer into 2nd year or be prepared to fund your own first year.
