Sounds fine but isn't it really early to have already had dinner?

Yes you need to be careful, eating that healthy is dangerous

Your diet lacks bacon. Everything is better with bacon.

That's quite healthy and you're eating a decent amount - are you on a diet or is that just a normal indication of what you eat on a day to day basis?

It's what I am going to eat for dinner! I wrote it like it was in the past so then I can all read your judgements

I'm trying to maintain my weight because I'm an average weight for my height. But I'd also love to lose a small bit of weight as well, so I can look more lithe. I've had small portions and have done a reasonable amount of exercise today so hopefully that should help me to keep my weight.

I'm just on a healthy, well-balanced diet I guess. I want to maintain my weight, and I just want to eat foods that would keep me healthy.

That's quite good. But you should be doing exercise along with having a good diet. Being fit is a 50/50 proposition of both.
