    Hello.

I have applied for a transfer to another university. I finished my second year at my current university and I will be in my final year from September at another one. I still haven't informed my old university that I'm gonna be leaving, because I'm scared that Student Finance may reject my loan, because it will be 9000 and in my old university it was less than that. I called Student Finance to ask what documents to send and they told me to fill in the EUCO1 form. And I did, 3 weeks ago. It's a form for a change of circumstances. 3 weeks and I haven't received any sign of them, I don't know if they received it or whether they approved it. I also noticed that my new university has to confirm that change of circumstance so I emailed them today to do that for me. Anyone else in a similar situation? At first I decided to wait, I thought it was gonna take a while, but now I'm getting worried. I tried to call them today, but I already realized that it's too late for the EU team, they work until 5. I expected at least a letter, but nothing yet...

    Don't worry

It's a busy time of year - try ringing today if possible to get reassurance that your forms arrived. And keep the pressure up on your new university - their correct data is important to ensure the funding is sorted (and it's in their interest to get it right so they get their fees!).

    Hi GPT1

Please allow 4-6 weeks for applications to be processed. As long you are confirmed as transferring you should be able to keep the same tuition fee loan amount.

    Thanks
