Hi, so I have two conditional offers one from Royal Holloway (firm choice) and one from Greenwich University (insurance).

I got an update on my UCAS track at 18:30 saying I have been successful in completing for my firm choice which only gave me the reason:
Your application for this choice has been unsuccessful.Reason for UnsuccessfulThis offer is subject to you obtaining BTEC Extended Diploma (QCF) Dist Dist Dist in IT and General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) Grade C in English Literature and Grade B - Mathematics
Problem is I haven't even gotten my results yet? So how can they decline me as my firm choice for not meeting my grades? I get my grades on the 25th of August so it is impossible that they can know what my grades are.

Here is a link to proof and more pictures showing what's happening:

So I guess my question is can your firm choice decline you even if you don't have you results yet? I've briefly checked UCAS and google and can not find anything!

    Thanks for your help.

Once thought is that they not received your btec result correctly assuming that has been sent to ucas recently. I would give the ucas qualification team a call and see if they have your btec results correct and then go from there.

BTEC results started arriving at UCAS last weekend. It's likely they have your results. You should be able to get your BTEC results now. It's only your gcse grades that are released in August.

The thing is my tutor told me I had gotten Distinction, Distinction, Distinction. So if it was true that they sent my results, I would have met the requirements.
