    Is there really?

    If i just live clean and eat well until im a healthy weight, will i look about as good as i would with exericise?

    given average genetics, profession and lifestlye, you would inevitably gain weight this way (although in some cases very little) simply because you wont be burning enough calories. Ofc you burn them just sitting and standing but that will not be enough.

    This depends on your definition on look goodOfc with correct exercise certain muscles will be more toned or gain mass but if youre going for general appearance with a casual amount of exercise it is true your appearance is unlikely to change significantly. You need to carry out intensive exercise to see large changes but overall Id defo recommend some form of exercise in your life!

    That's not true. An average male burns about 2000 calories just existing, plus a couple of hundred from normal non-exercise activity. You'd just have to eat around 1800 a day to lose weight at a reasonable pace. You'd only inevitably gain weight if you ate a *****y diet.

    You'd burn about 200 calories per stretch plus the ability to run a 45 minute 10k without training for it
