A couple months ago, I was with my female friend. A close friend.*

I asked her if she know who this girl was. I said so you know a girl called Mary. She said no.*

Me and my best friend we grew apart. Mostly because she got annoying.

We met up last week. We both were happy to see each other.

She then suddenly say "oh that girl you was on about, I used to sit next to her in class" *

This was very random and I didn't expect it.

    Heya,

In short, perhaps. She hasn't let go of the fact that you mentioned another girl, and seemed a bit defensive at first in case you asked for more details about her?

    hi thanks for the teply.*

Agreed she remembered it for a while. Maybe about 7 weeks.

What reason does she have to be defensive tho? *

When you met up again, although overjoyed, were the topics of conversation awkward? Maybe she mentioned the girl to get some chit chat going.

Maybe she has developed her own opinions on the girl, and doesn't approve of you wanting to get to know her and all? I can't say, you'll have to ask her if you want to know.

no it pretty much was like we never separated. We both had plenty to say and talk about. And any silences were filled with uni talk or past memories.*

All she said about the girl was, that she only talked to her in lessons and then that girl stopped sitting near her and next to another girl*
