I can't stop binge eating loads of unhealthy food. Even when I'm not hungry I have to eat. Now it's the summer holidays I spend a lot of time at home which means I spend a lot of time at home. Every night once my mum goes to bed I creep downstairs and sometimes cook or just stuff my face with chocolate and crisps. Idek how to stop but im already fat and soon I'll gain so much weight

ugh. Same happens to me. I realised that the reason I binge eat a lot and have put on a lot of weight during the exam period is because my Mum buys so much unhealthy food. I constantly tell her to stop buying it, she never listens THEN she complains how I've added too much weight :/
I know when uni starts, I would be healthier. Is there anyway you can do the food shopping? Like can you pick what foods you want, leave the food you eat in the cupboard then keep everything else away?

I've tried to ask my mum to stop but she ends up doing so for my older brother and when she doesn't I go all moody and cranky and complain there's nothing to eat. In starting to really worry about the weight I gain but I physically can't help it

Same, like my mum says the junk food is for my brother but then what else should I eat? Do you know a way you can get an exercise routine or maybe make a plan of what you eat? even if you eat a little junk food that should be fine/ Remember it's calories in vs calories out.
