Hi guys, I just started this account so that I could sort this out:
Due to unforeseen circumstances I will no longer be going to study in Swansea in September, meaning that there is a room available in the flat I had paid a deposit on with two friends (both male). The flat is about a 10 minute walk away from the university campus, and about half an hour from Swansea railway station.
One of the your potential flatmates will be in his master's year, and the other will be in his final undergraduate year, so they'll be pretty busy with work. Therefore the flat is probably best suited to somebody approaching the end of their studies too, instead of an energetic fresher, but the offer is still open to anybody.
The landlord has now re-advertised the bedroom on Swansea studentpad: http://www.swanseastudentpad.co.uk/Advert/16773780 It is a 3 bedroom flat, and rent per person is £282 per month. This includes gas and water.
Take a look at the flat and contact the landlord if you'd like him to give you a tour around the property
Or does it play no part?
