Err theres more to a relationship than sex.The only reason u would have sex really early is if ur partner finds YOU BORING and they just think "well shes boring-she cant do anything else entertaining or anything to make me feel special, so we'll have sex to shut her up and fill the gap "Whose the real boring one around here?? need i say more? :cool:

it's funny how people are all so different - some girls are wild and crazy and sex is one of the most important (and first) things in a relationship, or perhaps it comes before the relationship itself.
while others... it can be months before anything happens (controversial but.. maybe more insecure girls??)

Yeah exactly.At the end of the day you just have to respect peoples different views.Theres no right or wrong choice in this.I just get annoyed the way people tear apart peoples beliefs and dreams.Beliefs and dreams are what make people who they are :smile:

Hey Andy, I know you were just a bit wound up over the boredom society comment, but you know that's damn well BS mate :smile:

Sex is a natural, fun thing to do that helps two partners become closer, as well as just for fun (or both as is often the case)..It's got nowt to do with being boring - I dare say being LESS boring is likely to make your partner want sex with you sooner in fact.

There's nowt wrong with holding off sex until your wedding night if that's your kind of thing, but I PERSONALLY can't think of any good reason for doing so...

In fact, Jossyboy and aj, just wondering, what're you reasons for wanting to wait until your wedding night for sex with your partner? Respectfully asked of course :wink:

I dunno how long I'd wait, maybe a month or two. But I'd never be pressured into it.

Oh, and I've been told that womens' sex drives are actually higher than mens', it's just that women can "oppress" theirs.

well its going to be statistically still lower if most girls repress it...having the capability isn't the same as using it....

i really dont mean this in a condescending way but why would you want to wait until your wedding night? was used as a method of control when sex was seen as a taboo, dirty and immoral which in reality it isnt.

I used to be a person that would wait until marriage, until I hung around with my mates and listen to their perspective. Found there wasn't really a good reason apart from that it could be considered special to do on the day...

I still don't mind waiting for marriage if the other person decides they would like to, but for me... its more about being in a stable relationship. Yes I like my security in love before investing.
