Anywhere around Birmingham to do physical or skills sections, and what are fairly simple things to do? 🌻

I can't remember the exact specifics, but joining some sort of a sports club counts, as does learning some sort of skill i.e. musical instrument. You don't really go to a centre and 'DO' the skill.

    Good luck!

Running/cycling/walking/wii fit if you dint want to go anywhere? A few of my friends did Zumba at the sports centre?
For skills, we did first aid, you could do cooking/sewing/art/driving/learn a language? Most stuff counts really
